These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern all services provided by [Your Company Name] (“Company”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”). By using our services, the Seller and Buyer agree to the following:
The Company acts only as a mediator/facilitator for inspection and delivery of goods between Seller and Buyer.
We are not the owner, seller, or purchaser of any goods.
All transactions are directly between Seller and Buyer.
The goods are not stolen, fake, counterfeit, mortgaged, or under dispute.
All descriptions provided about the goods are true and accurate.
The Seller agrees to indemnify the Company from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from false declarations or illegal goods.
The Buyer is responsible for inspecting and verifying the goods before purchase.
The Company does not provide any warranty, guarantee, or authentication of the goods.
Any disputes about ownership, quality, defects, or legality shall be resolved directly between Buyer and Seller.
The Company shall not be liable for:
Stolen or illegally acquired goods sold by the Seller.
Misrepresentation or fraud by the Seller.
Disputes between Buyer and Seller regarding payment, quality, or ownership.
Our role is strictly limited to facilitating inspection and delivery.
The Company follows the Information Technology Act, 2000 (Section 79 – Safe Harbour for intermediaries).
Upon receiving notice from law enforcement regarding stolen/illegal goods, the Company will:
Cooperate fully with authorities.
Provide seller/buyer details as required by law.
Immediately suspend/delist such items.
For every transaction, the Company may require:
Seller’s valid government-issued ID proof.
Buyer’s acknowledgment of receipt.
Signed declarations from both parties.
All disputes are strictly between Seller and Buyer.
The Company will not participate in legal proceedings between the parties except when required by law.
These T&C are governed by the laws of India.
Any legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at [Your City/State].
By using our services, both Seller and Buyer confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
